We ask that all orders are picked up no more than 2 hours prior to event and should be taken straight home or to venue.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 5minutes prior to scheduled pick up time as we do not have a waiting area.

If you arrive 30minutes or later than scheduled pick up time you will occur our 10$ late fee.

​

When traveling with order please ensure that the vehicle is cool and order is placed flat on floorboard (we don't recommend putting cakes or other items in seat). Most vehicle seats are not flat and the cake needs to remain perfectly flat.

There's also a chance that cake can fall into floor if breaks are applied to hard if cake is placed in seat.

Please go directly home or to your event with the air conditioning on driving carefully.
